   SETCOLORS()     Interactive setting of colors

     Usage         SETCOLORS()
     Params        None  - interactive

     Notes         SETS C_NORMCOL,C_NORMMENU,C_POPCOL,C_POPMENU
                   AND SAVES TO COLORS.MEM.

                   DOES NOT CHANGE THE CURRENT COLOR SETTING.

                   See description under 'Re: Colors' above.

                   Uses some direct memory writing - so needs IBM
                   compatible or may go ga-ga.
     Example
                   setcolors()
                   restore from colors.mem
                   setcolor(c_normcol)
